Aberdeenshire Council has chosen Mellor Coachcraft to supply a Volkswagen Crafter CR50 coach conversion to be utilised for the support of Edenhome Care home and its residents based in Stonehaven. The 60 bed care home and eight cottages create a ‘care village’ concept which is a first of its kind for Aberdeenshire Council.

The extra-long wheel base, high roof coach has 14 Rescroft seats and locations for 4 wheelchairs when the seats are removed. Specification includes cant rail tracks, PLS Access Wheelchair Lift and Eberspacher heater.
