These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all online orders placed through our webshop (the “Website”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

You may place orders as a business customer (company, partnership or sole trader); or

A consumer buying parts for personal use. You confirm that the information you provide during registration or checkout is accurate and complete.

2. Product Information & Compatibility

2.1 We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate.
2.2 It is your sole responsibility to confirm that any parts purchased are compatible with your vehicle.
2.3 If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering. We accept no liability for parts ordered in error unless your statutory rights entitle you to a return.
2.4 Certain products (custom-made items) may be non-returnable unless faulty.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Prices shown on the Website are exclusive of VAT for business customers.

3.2 Delivery charges are displayed during checkout.

3.3 Payment must be made using the methods offered on the Website (e.g., debit/credit card, etc.). We will not dispatch goods until payment is received and cleared.

3.4 We may refuse or cancel any order if:

  • Payment cannot be authorised; or
  • The product is unavailable; or
  • There is a pricing, stock or technical error.

4. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

4.1 When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt.
4.2 A contract is formed only when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation Email.
4.3 We reserve the right to decline any order before this point.

5. Delivery & Collection

5.1 Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier issues, events outside our control, or incomplete delivery information.
  • Risk transfers to you when goods are delivered to your address or left in a place you have authorised.

5.2 Collection

You may choose to collect items from our designated collection point(s).

  • If you have chosen to collect items, we will contact you when it’s ready to arrange a time that suits you.
  • Proof of order and ID may be required.
  • Goods not collected within 14 days may be returned to stock and refunded minus any administrative or restocking fee.

5.3 Inspection on Delivery

You must inspect goods upon receipt and notify us of any damage, shortage or error within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

6.1 Business Customers

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Returns are accepted only with prior written authorisation.
  • Returns must be requested and goods returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • A restocking fee may apply.
  • Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • The right to cancel does not apply to custom made or personalised parts.
  • The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. We may reduce or reject a refund if returned goods are damaged or show signs of use.

7. Faulty Goods & Warranty

7.1 If goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to repair, replacement or refund under our standard warranty.
7.2 We warrant that Parts will not have any defects as to materials or workmanship, for 12 months from the date of the relevant invoice issued by us and as per our standard terms and conditions of sale
7.3 We are not liable for faults arising from:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Misuse or accidental damage
  • Wear and tear
  • Modifications without approval

8. Liability

8.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or other liabilities that cannot be excluded.
8.2 We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profit, revenue, or business
  • Downtime or vehicle off-road costs
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Fitment errors or compatibility issues where incorrect parts were ordered
  • Other conditions as stated in our general terms and conditions of sale

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations where caused by events outside our control (e.g., supply chain disruption, courier strikes, extreme weather, IT failures).

10. Website Use

Use of the Website is also governed by our Website Terms of Use.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
