The QE-4561 Double Inertia Occupant Kit provides a complete wheelchair and occupant restraint solution for accessible transport applications.
The kit combines a 3-point double inertia occupant restraint with QRT retractors for securing the wheelchair. The wheelchair tie-downs are tested to secure unoccupied wheelchairs weighing up to 150 kg.

- 1 × 3-point double inertia reel, stalk and upper anchorage shoulder strap with track fitting for cant rail – AL600500HA-Q
- 2 × QRT-Deluxe retractors for front wheelchair tie-downs – Q8-6200-L
