Accessible minibuses and specialist commercial vehicles run heavy auxiliary electrical loads—from passenger lifts, powered doors, and saloon LED lighting to heaters and onboard telemetry. The Power Protector constantly monitors your 12V battery voltage in real time, safeguarding your starter battery so your vehicle is always ready for service.
How the Power Protector Works:
• Continuous Voltage Monitoring: Constantly tracks battery health and triggers an alert if voltage drops below a safe, predetermined threshold.
• Safe In-Service Warning (Ignition ON): While the vehicle ignition is switched on, the unit continuously warns the driver of low voltage without cutting power—ensuring essential systems remain active while driving.
• Automatic Circuit Isolation (Ignition OFF): Once the ignition is turned off, the system automatically disconnects auxiliary circuits before the battery drains, preserving the charge needed to crank the engine.
