Bishop’s Stortford Minibus Trust chose Mellor Coachcraft to supply their DFT funded Orion Stage Carriage. The hard working and economical to run Orion offers seating for up to 20 passengers and 4 wheelchairs, making it the ideal vehicle for community transport groups.

Built on a Fiat Ducato Maxi chasis, the specification on the Bishop’s Stortford Minibus Trust vehicle includes; Fiat Ducato Maxi, rapid side sliding electric door, front ramp with centre handle, microswitch and buzzer, destination displays, four position lift up roof hatch, Powered Extractor Fan, Windows With Sliding Units, Cant Rail tracking, Reversing Camera System With Dash Mounted Monitor and reversing warning alarm.

Managed by Bishop’s Stortford Town Council, Bishop’s Stortford Minibus Trust offer regular passenger services and also hire out their vehicles to local community organisations for day trips and special events.
